All of our orders are custom designed and made-to-order. The beauty of ordering a masterfully crafted accessory or footwear is that they genuinely are crafted, by hand, from the moment you place your order with us. Great things take a little time! You’ll be notified throughout the full process, and notified again once your order is out for delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation window due to the nature of our processes. Once the 24 hours have passed, it’s very likely that your order has already started production from which point, we have to fulfill the order. We can’t guarantee you’ll be able to cancel within 24 hours, but if you do choose to cancel your order please be sure to do so within that period and we’ll work with you to find a resolution. Palmer James Designs cannot offer returns/refunds due to the items being custom made specifically for you.
We want you to love your Palmer James original designs! If within 10 days of delivery, you notice something faulty that is related to the crafting process, please contact us for assistance
While we only use trusted carriers for delivery, we can’t control what happens once the item is out of our hands, this is why we always use a carrier with insurance. If the product is damaged in transit, this will be need to be addressed with the carrier within 24 hours. Contact us immediately if your purchase arrives damaged
OUR PRODUCTS
There are typically to parts to the care process: cleaning and maintaining. You can use a leather brush to lightly brush off any dirt, and cloth, water, and leather cream or polish to maintain the shoe’s appearance. For more specific details head to our Care & Maintenance page.
Every single Palmer James product is “made to order”. This means that you, our clients and customers, get to custom design your shoe in our online studio - down to the finest detail, like the stitching on the sole of a shoe. You choose the details, and once that order gets sent to our factory it’s handcrafted exactly as you asked for it.

We accept most standard credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer quick pay through Shop, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Venmo.
